Hidden Mountain Rabbitry's Waiting Lists
Below you'll find our various waiting lists, but because we raise a few different breeds in many different colors, the waiting lists are a little tricky to operate.
If your name is first on the list, but you're requesting a specific gender or color, we may have to "skip" over you and offer rabbits to people further down the list if we don't have something that meets your criteria. We won't waste your time by contacting you to offer rabbits that you didn't request to be on the waiting list for, so please take note of that when requesting a waiting list spot.
Other Waiting List Notes:
1. Just because you request to be on the waiting list, does not mean that you are locked into buying from us. It just means that you are looking for something that we may have coming up and would like to be notified. There are no hard feelings if you move on, find a rabbit elsewhere, or don't care for any of the rabbits offered to you.
2. It's free to be added to our waiting lists, unlike other rabbitries that may require a deposit to hold a spot.
3. You are not limited to the waiting lists below. If we only have Mini Rex and Flemish Giants listed, but you want to be on a waiting list for a New Zealands, then simply request to be notified of our New Zealand litters and we will generate a new waiting list.
4. Please keep in mind that just because you are added to the waiting list, does not mean that you will get a rabbit quickly. The waiting lists are for people that are waiting for rabbits that we didn't currently have when they were first looking.
We will always keep actively breeding to try and fulfill the requests of people on the waiting list, but please remember that rabbits die and whole litters are lost.
We will ALWAYS put the health of our rabbits first and foremost, so we may not be able to breed something for you instantly if we feel that it would compromise the health of any of our rabbits.
5. We maintain our right to the first pick from EVERY litter.
Just because we have people on the waiting list, does not mean that we give them first pick of any litter. We do show and we do need to keep some rabbits back to keep our program up and running.
Being on the waiting list means that customers get first pick of any rabbits that we choose to sell, not necessarily first pick of the litter.
6. While the form below is a great way to be added to the waiting list, if you'd like to stay in better contact with us, please send us a message on our Facebook Page.

Please give us time to update the waiting lists after a request is submitted, but if you later notice that your name is missing, please let us know.
How to be Added:To be added to a waiting list, simply fill out the form to the right with "Waiting List" in the subject box.
All spaces must be filled out to be submitted, but please take extra care with the large request box. We will add you to the waiting list based specifically on what you put in that section, so please be clear as to what you're looking for. If you just want a Mini Rex of any color and gender, then note that in the form. If you want a Blue/Fawn Harlequin Dutch doe, then note that in the form. If you would prefer a Red New Zealand buck, but would settle for a Broken Red or even a doe, then note that in the form. The more specific you are, the easier it is for us to make your requests happen. |

We have a rabbit available for you. Now what?
Once we have a rabbit that fits your criteria, you will be sent a message from our Facebook page (if we've been communicating through Facebook) and/or sent an email.
Once a message or email has been sent, we will give you one week to respond before we move on to the next person.
There are no hard feelings at all if you decide to pass on the rabbit(s) offered, but if you accept an offered rabbit, the deposit policies will take effect immediately.
If your rabbit(s) are not picked up or a deposit paid as outlined in our deposit policy, then the rabbit will be offered to the next person on the list or offered up for sale to the public.
